  Stewart advises that Ben Powell will be joining the next
teleconference to report on LCA-2009.

 3. {*} LCA 2010
  Discussion about LCA 2010 bids, particularly about the
opportunities/risks of each of the bids.
  The unique challenges presented by another NZ-based conference bid
were also discussed.
  Further consideration is required.

 * Discussion of any items that provide relevant information to the
council and which might generate motions for next meeting or new action
items.
