[Linux-aus] Grant request: BarCampCanberra

Hi!

We'll put it on the agenda for this week's meeting - but I imagine the
first question to come up would be: what's the $400 for? Are there
specific things needed (signs, food etc)? What are the costs of these
items? Basically, a very draft budget can help.
