Ah ok. If this is the case then I will happily withdraw my request.

I sent an email through earlier in the week to clarify this and am still
waiting on response :/ From the acceptance notification it seems that
its all good if I can get to OLS, perhaps this "waiting list acceptance"
is geared mostly to folks in USA.
