[Linux-aus] Use of Penguin Image at Birthday

Dear Tux Police,

It was my birthday on the weekend, and in light of recent posts to this
list I am a bit concerned that some of my friends might have broken
the law (please see image url below). I can only plead ignorance on my
friends' behalf as they are not Linux users and hence might not understand
the finer points of Tux usage. Please advise.
