Sure iPods play DRM free music but only if it is a supported format. If 
he really wants to help open up the market, he can release info allowing 
Rockbox to be installed on the 2nd gen Nano.

Failing that, anyone want to buy a shiny piece of sh1t "trusted 
computing" iPod nano?
