Hi Janet,

     ebXML is the the facto and international standard for business 
transactions in XML.

     Indeed, in some countries it has been recognized officially indeed in 
laws. In Spain, for example, the Parliament requested the use of ebXML.

     OOXML has nothing to do with that business transactions. The more than 
OOXML have regarding business transaction is a spreadsheet, the same as 
OpenDocument exactly. 

     The rest is salesmen bla-bla-bla.
