[Linux-aus] Linux Australia and LUG communication: an idea

That's a brilliant idea. However, I think it would be better to have a 
less-ambitious plan to begin with. For example, the LUG committees could have 
IRC meetings on a regular basis. This level of interaction can be slowly 
built up to the point where a physical conference is desired.
