other than the other 'obvious' contender - Joomla! (yeah, I hear the "boos" from the 'non-php' crowd ;'), there is also Alfresco - with a
Boo... no, no, not PHP!
'Community Edition' - although it is "Mozilla Public License" not GPL.
MPL is OK IMO.
I'm considering it for a redevelopment of my church's web site ;')
