I don't expect the Linux Community's members to be perfect. I would /prefer/
that _Linux Australia_ is not portrayed as an organisation that cannot
spell. It's not hard to run a spell checker over a press release or official
communique before sending it out. That's just good practice (and I may well
have spelled that wrong).
Whether we like it or not poor spelling (god know I am the worst BTW.. :-) does give a bad impression.
B ut as someone pointed out....peer review is a keystone of FOSS, and so it should be here.
Could I suggest that all Press releases be passed through a formal check by 2 other heads before they get into the wild?
I thought that was what the Wiki was for.
