Hi Rusty,

I apologise, should have thought about this when reading the draft
yesterday.

Given iPod and iTunes are Apple's trademarks, might we be better served
to phrase generically ? Perhaps:

"We should also be able to fast-forward through forced previews on DVDs,
copy CDs or tunes bought online onto whatever brand of MP3 player we
want, even though some companies want these freedoms banned too."
