Hi Rusty,

There are requirements for petitions which are to go before
a parliament.  For an example:

   <http://www.aph.gov.au/Senate/pubs/guides/briefno21.htm>

I'm not sure that the petition meets all the requirements
of the above guide.

It might also be worthwhile having a chat with the senator
you intend to submit the petition and ensure they are
comfortable with the wording.
