Since I brought it up, I'll answer your point -> I totally agree, but the
point I was trying to make was this: I think the most appropriate people to
have on the LA committee are the ones making an active contribution *now*,
whether they are veterans or new bloods.
We have many wise advisers, but the ones I want to see on the committee are
the ones who are positively and actively participating, and able to energise
the community to do the same. :-)
