AJ withdrew his candidacy for Vice President and OCM as he was standing
for Secretary without any opposition (i.e. he's got a pretty clear win
on that position!).

I've just made the system now reflect this. People who had already put
in votes, your votes should all just be fine now. However, you are
welcome to recast your vote (you can do this as many times as you like
up until voting closes).
