[Linux-aus] Changing Order of Nominees

Every time I have gone to check on the situation with the Linux 
Australia committee nominations I have noticed that the nominees are 
changing their position within the list.

It does not appear to be alphabetically related to name or email 
address,  nor to number of nominations received by that person.

Has anyone else noticed this phenomenon or am I going nuts?
