We could just have a huge debate about what we should spend our money on
and do nothing.

If the people who don't think it's a good idea can come up with a
reasonable alternative or reason for waiting longer, then do so.

Should they not, the choices are simple:

 * do NOTHING
 * do SOMETHING

I think I see more reasons why we should than why we shouldn't. Sure, we
have one or two well known people on the NOT side but their argument is
negative.

I want to hear what positive outcomes you think LA will get by NOT
