[Linux-aus] LA Update

For those who are still interested, I have just about finished the first
episode of the LA Update. This will be a fortnightly program dealing
with Linux and Open Source in Australia and across the region.

Due to certain disagreements with my ISP (I was certain I was able to
run a server when I signed up :( ) I am unable to host the file, so I am
putting out a tentative call to anybody who would care to host the file
until I can get my site back up and running.
