AFAICS that version does not yet have the changes that were ratified at
the last AGM, but other than that it's correct so the sections you've
quoted should be spot on.

Yes, given the current constitution there should probably be a privacy
notice with that information, and a link to the privacy notice from the
'sign up' page.
