Hmmm... I probably could help here, when I think about it. I have a
friend who teaches computer skills in the jail system who wrote a
syllabus for the VET scheme. I might be able to get a copy of what he
wrote and model it on that. Sadly my skills using OfficeOrg is very poor
as I opted to use Latex and friends. But if the framework for a syllabus
is there for people to use, that would help?
