[Linux-aus] half un-borked website news page

Well, after having about as much fun as being hit over the head with a
welding mallet - the front page of linux.org.au has some remotely
current news.

This involved:
- fun fiddling with a borked revision in arch (was almost 1/2 there i
think... but borked)
- unix permissions fun (someone used the wrong ones to do things they
shouldn't be doing to the checked out copy of the live site)
- coming up with a plan of a sensible way to update the front news page.

Anyway, the point is that if anything is broken or missing from the
site, it wasn't checked into the revision control system properly. Let
us know if you find breakage.
