I am concerned about people taking these reports as gospel, when we know
that they're a "best efforts in time constraints" of getting everything
current and in order. So maybe we should express this somewhere in
minutes/prefixed to report - although I'm sure andrew won't mind the
copy&paste job for treasurers part - less work :)
