Tougher competition laws for companies

  Mr Costello said the legislation represented a comprehensive response to
  the review of the Trade Practices Act, gives extra rights to small
  businesses and increased penalties for anti-competitive conduct.

  "... it dramatically increases the penalty for anti-competitive conduct
  and at the same time empowers small businesses to take further advantage
  of the unconscionable conduct provisions," Mr Costello said.
