I amend that last sentence above, by appending to the end of that 
sentence, "and if what I have stated as the foreshadowed motion, is 
instead put to the AGM, then I vote for the motion to be passed.".

Reason: the sentence from my previous message, deals only with the 
possibility of the motion being put as a foreshadowed motion at the SGM, 
and the amendment to that sentence, deals with the possibility that the 
motion is instead put to the AGM.
