Yes, on top of the usual benefits.

We listen to members more closely than to non-members (a policy as well 
as a personal decision) and you get the snazzy pointillistic penguin 
tee-shirts at a discount.

One thing which is raised about every quarter is a loyalty program of 
some sort, but it seems that all participants have disparate ideas 
about how it should be done.
