It's not so much an Agenda matter as a
how-the-chair-conducts-the-meeting issue, but I think that's what she
had in mind :)

Speaking of the Agenda, an easier-to-read version will be along
momentarily, but as I point out, an AGM is a fairly well defined thing;
there are things we [legally] have to do [and that's pretty much all
we're supposed to do]; those items that will be addressed were
enumerated in the original meeting notice, and you'll see again in a
minute.
