In support of this, and as co-list-admin, I report that I'd have to 
intervene and let such through maybe once a month on average (I throw 
away an average of about 4 or 5 spam a day, so what's been getting 
through is also very much in the minority). The typical lag would be 
about a day and very rarely two days.
