NB: I don't work for RedHat, and I'm posting from work, so this has nothing to 
do with VPAC either. :-)

This is a common misunderstanding - the license haven't changed, but a couple 
of the packages provided by Red Hat contained trademarks that cannot be 
redistributed. You are free to replace these trademarks with your own logos, 
etc.

Here's more information on it specifically regarding what's required if you 
want to build binaries from the SRPMS for something like Redhat Advanced 
Server.
