Wake-up call for hereinbefore disinterested pollies, please bruit<*>
this about lots, especially to higher-level political contacts and other
edu lists:

With the OSCC [Open Source Competency Centre] operational, she
[Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning
Unit's information and communications technology (ICT) planning
and policy division director Dr Nor Aliah Mohd Zahri] said,
Malaysia will be in a position to get ahead of its neighbours
because other countries in the region at present do not have a
    strong OSS movement.

Thanks to Jacqueline McNally for the link!

Cheers; Leon

<*> Although it is not guaranteed that "The bruit thereof will bring you
many friends." (Henry VI, part 3, act 4, scene 7 :-)
