Did a search on SCO.com for ia64license and found that there is a bit of info 
on Linux and Itanium still available there.

Unfortunately the machines listed, pig.sco.com, cow.sco.com and hen.sco.com 
are now all NXDOMAIN. :-(

You go to a click through license from the above page and then a registration 
form, no idea what happens if you fill it out though.
