Which is why we have mailing lists, and why suggestions are posted to 
the mailing lists; to get feedback, leading to improvements...

And, yes, I appreciate your point. As I had said, surveys are not 
foolproof.

Consequently, necessarily, for better results, such a survey should 
include
(5) other devices
