Page 5-wraps-to-6: You don't here mention that the EULA does not define the 
`technical measures' which you are permitting Microsoft to employ on your own 
computer. In practical terms, this probably means that they can run whatever 
they damn well please on your computer (e.g. lease out your spare horsepower 
as work-units, add a vulnerable service, send copies of your correspondence 
containing specific key phrases back to Microsoft) and you have just agreed 
to let them.

Page 7 (answering EULA point 4): The EULA doesn't limit the length of the term 
`after' in any way. Interesting legal loophole.

Page 8: Interesting. This means that you cannot use XP in a cyber-cafe! That 
would be `renting' the software to others.
