That was just a typo in the email, but in the document:

Summary of changes, part 3. Affilates -> Affiliates
			Austraila -> Australia
		  , part 9. thier -> their
List of the proposed changes, part 8. ammend -> amend
			    , part 14. quater -> quarter
			    , part 21. appendux -> appendix
			    , part 26. APPENDICIES -> APPENDICES

I'm sure that Pia just hasn't run it through ispell yet, but then again,
neither have we... so at least i have now :)
