One thing that surprised me with my survey was how many people *like*
Alice.  :-)  They're mostly non-techos, though, and from a
non-technical perspective, Alice does have some good features...

Yes, but not for a few months.  When we looked at it, it was too
primitive, and built by and for library geeks - not for the average
teacher-librarian.  Here are some other FLOSS Library packages which
look promising:
