Yes - i've used them for my one remaining 7.x system, but its days are
numbered, and so are RHL 7-9, even with the Fedora Legacy project.

At the rate that Fedora is planning to release, it's going to be tough
for FL to even support the last 2 FC releases, let alone everything
back to RHL 7.
