Yes, I agree. I guess the problem is that we set up systems like this 
and then something else comes along and there's no time for 
documentation...and it just doesn't get done. Maybe we need to setup 
some sort of collaborative documentation pool that can be eventually 
turned into "experienced dummies" documentation...
