[Lias] Screen Shots

Hi all,
I have to get some notes ready for our senior students on logging into Linux and
using the desktop - what I am after is a way to do screen snapshots either of the
the whole screen or a window (In Windows I use the screen capture in Paint SHop
Pro).

Also does anyone have any basic notes yet on using Open Office?
