That's not going to help much if they're not logged into the machine
(e.g. using a Samba server).
Tom, i'd imagine you'll need to do something like run the 'quota'
command regularly for each user and notify them if they are over.
You'll need to keep track of the notifications sent, otherwise they'll
get very annoying if you run them frequently (which you should to
ensure that the users get notified soon enough).
