[Lias] LTSP - Winbind - Final hurdle

Hi all,
I am reaching the end of my hurdles with this setup, in fact everything works
nicely. Users can login with their NT username and password, surf the net, map their
real home drive (do it once - it is always there in the future).

My final problem is to work out how to change the user desktop for all users, now
under Windows that is easy as we use mandatory profiles, change the basic profile
and everybody gets the change. Under Linux this is proving to be a touch more
difficult.

We want to either have an icon on the desktop or taskbar which is a shortcut to a
URL or change Mozilla's setup and home page. I can do it easily if I login as each
individual user. I have even then copied what I thought were the approrpriate files
to a users desktop, which works if they have already got a Mozilla profile,
otherwise it overwrites it with the default stuff about RH. I tried copying the
releavant files to /etc/skel and recreating the users home directory but ended up
with the same old defaults.

Any ideas anyone?
