[Lias] another simple question

I have set up a rh 7.1 box as a webserver.

It has ip address of 10.12.217.146

I can ping it

Also can ftp to it.

I have apache set up on it

How do I configure apache so that when I type the ip address into the
browser I can see the index.htm file I have ftpd to the
10.12.217.146/var/www/html directory
