On behalf of the linux.conf.au 2018 team I would like to formally 
announce Karen Sandler as a keynote presenter at the upcoming 
linux.conf.au 2018 conference being hosted at UTS in Sydney from January 
22-26.

Karen Sandler, as the executive director of the Software Freedom 
Conservancy, is an active and passionate member of the open source 
community. Coming from a legal background she has also worked as general 
counsel of the Software Freedom Law Center before becoming executive 
director of the GNOME Foundation.

We are as pleased to welcome her back to LCA as a keynote speaker as she 
is to be back for another year.
