[lca-announce] Updates to Transport

[linux.conf.au Announcements]

The start and stop times to the Shuttle Buses have been changed given
the feed back we have.

The times have been extended:

Morning: 7:30 AM .. 9:00 AM   (was 7:45 AM .. 8:30 AM)

Evening: 5:30 PM .. 6:30 PM   (was 5:30 PM .. 6:30 PM)


Tomorrow (Tuesday), Wednesday and Thursday 3 shuttle buses will be
running in the morning rather than todays 2.  Beware that shuttles my be
tight tomorrow afternoon as we will have to commandeer a couple of runs
for the speakers dinner.
