Job Description :

• Would need to work on Windows & Linux OS administration / desktop  
application installation / support (MS office, Antivirus, VPN) and do  
Hardware (laptop , desktop & server ) break fixes. L2 knowledge
• Would need to understand Cadence Compute environment comprising of  
LDAP/NIS authentication, Storage, Virtualized servers/desktops, etc. L1  
knowledge
• Work with Remedy Force ticketing process to work on all support work.
• Would be required to use communication tools such as email , conferencing  
bridge Web Ex, Verizon, Microsoft Lync and Video conference.

Skills

Required :
• Should possess good Windows and Linux system administration
• Should possess experience on HW trouble shooting of Desktop , Laptops &  
servers.

Preferable:
• Should have basic working knowledge of Remedy, LDAP, AD, NFS, VMware.
• Apple Mac
