Dodo, one of Australia's best known Internet Service Providers, is
looking for a senior system administrator/engineer to join our core
technical team and help us to build the next generation of technology
platforms for the company.

The position is located on St.Kilda Rd in Melbourne and is available for
an ASAP start. We are negotiable on salary, so show us what your worth!


You will need to have significant experience in a large Unix/Linux
environment, including with SANs, databases, programming and
troubleshooting. 
Do you:

*	Learn fast, take pride in your work and play well with others? 
*	Have at least 3 boxes at home running Linux, and argue about
which distribution is best? 
*	Code Perl in your sleep? Know when Third Normal Form isn't
appropriate? 
*	Hold yourself to the highest professional and ethical standards?


You'll need to know:

*	Linux / Unix / Windows Administration. Significant Solaris and
Linux experience mandatory. Windows knowledge would be useful. 
*	Database Administration. Significant Oracle DBA and programming
experience mandatory. PostgreSQL, MySQL and MSSQL experience
advantageous. 
*	Networking. Solid understanding of IP networking mandatory. 
*	Programming. Experience programming in Perl and Bourne shell
mandatory. PHP advantageous. 
*	ISP Technologies. Candidates should have experience with
technologies used by Internet Service Providers, including RADIUS, BGP4,
DNS, SMTP, QOS, and VOIP. 
*	Experience with the following product families: VMware ESX
server, EMC CX4 SAN, NetApp filers, Sun Microsystems hardware, Cisco
product family.
