Our client, a hugely successful and rapidly expanding leading international software company in need of a Linux Developer guru!

Working in a small team, you will be developing key strategic products.

Technical requirements of the role are:
* 3+ years application development experience on Linux using C/C++. Exposure to other languages is advantageous.
* Extensive knowledge of Linux and systems programming.
* Working with a high performance clustered Linux environment.

Essential attributes 
* Excellent working knowledge of Linux 
* Understanding of Linux operating system internals 
* Experience with security/encryption
* Sound technical knowledge to fully develop solutions for projects with a high degree of complexity
* Demonstrated ability to solve problems
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Analytical and logical approach to all issues and problems
* Enthusiastic and highly motivated with a positive attitude
* Ability to function in and contribute towards a positive and supportive team environment
* Ability to work under pressure, achieve deadlines and effectively prioritise multiple, concurrent tasks.
