Job summary: 
Tilda Communications is seeking a part-time Support technician primarily to provide desktop support and computer sales services to our clients. The role involves supporting and developing multiple networks with regular visits on-site, so the candidate must possess excellent and demonstrated people and communication skills. Start is immediate.

The following job tasks require familiarity with Linux as Tilda's servers are Lunux based:
- troubleshooting including hardware/software diagnosis and problem solving
- undertaking tasks on the client servers with the supervision of  Tilda’s System Administrator
- provide client phone/email assistance on Tilda’s helpdesk
- end user training and orientation for new staff
