Programmer, Part Time

We are looking for a skilled, entrepreneurial and innovative programmer.  The person must be trustworthy, reliable, self motivated and have the desire to work with others to develop a program which is aimed toward creating a social benefit to society.  The person must have the ability and desire to work both independently and in conjunction with others to realise a common objective. 

The person would need to -
-	be a skilled programmer in C++ or Java
-	have excellent skills in both Windows and 
Linux operating systems,  
-	have an understanding and knowledge in programming database software and data manipulation (skills working with stable database software 	based on the Linux operating system is particularly desired)
-	have skills in integrating encryption and anti-piracy measures into programs, (desired)
-	able to wrap everything into a customised and locked down GUI interface

While initially this project would be built, piloted and packaged in a stand alone fashion on standardised PC's it would need to be designed with the intention of migrating this to a web based platform.

Program Functionality requirements:
1)  	Based on Linux platform
2)	Be able to run a windows based program (3rd party application) in a stable format within Linux 
3)	Take input data (From third party application) and store in a stable Linux based database
4)	General manipulation of the input data to generate reports etc
5)	The ability to generate info using coded formula and deliver that into a variety of set template documents.
