Subject: [Flounder] Matrix breakage

When I initially upgraded the Matrix server I forgot to copy the PostgreSQL 
configuration.  So the server created a sqlite database and then things got 
weird.

If you weren't connected to a luv.asn.au account at that time then everything 
will be fine.  If you were using a room hosted there like the Flounder room 
then it will be fine as the room was syndicated apparently.

If you connected to your luv.asn.au Matrix account at that time then the 
connection between your device and the account may be messed up.  If possible 
export the keys and then start a new session.  If you had no encrypted 
messages then it won't be a problem for you.  If you had encrypted messages 
and no backups of the keys then you need to verify the counterparties in the 
chats in question to get new keys for decryption.
