Hello everyone,

I've scratched an itch and put pen to paper, on some thoughts I've had
for a long time:

I've got the beginnings of a code of conduct for members of the team,
and a fairly basic bones of a schedule of tasks.

I'd like to have a kick off meeting at some point, in part to get
started, in part to test my new 4g modem :)
