Why are we re-ratifying people who have already been ratified?? It's only supposed to be unpon initial joining of the org. upon renewal of the your membership no "re-ratification" is required. Which I'm sure negates ratifying most of the SA members unless they actually tendered their resignation from the org. Dan.
