After the AGM of last year - it was one of the actions of the 
Secretary to follow up on the procedures that took place at the AGM. 
If you thought that they were illegal - you should have told us so.

In addition to this - the list of financial members you published - 
re CAI committee individuals - was not correct. For eg I don't 
believe Romana is financial, nor Michael in QLD, or Dylan in SA (at 
least this was the case last week).

Pending other peoples thoughts - I would be up for another meeting 
in Jan, especially if it was called fairly.
