[Computerbank] mistake about nominations at AGM

Hi all

Sorry I was mistaken about the nominations at the AGM we can have them
after all. Don't know how I missed it.

All positions, except President, can be nominated at the AGM.
Rule 22.2 covers this situation.

Again sorry about the confusion.
